Why I'm asking for 18 mo

Tommy flies ~40 hrs/yr historically — he renews. Locking 18 months keeps him out of the open market in Q4 when our hourly rates move. The de-icing inclusion is the wedge; he flies BWI weekly Nov–Mar.
